When we calculate it:
For example, the physical weight of the parcel is 3 kg, the volumetric weight is 1 kg = the cost is calculated as for 3 kg

The tracking number arrives by SMS and email after dispatch is arranged. You can also view it in your account on the parcel card.
Open the "Track a parcel" page and enter the tracking number or the outgoing parcel number. Statuses are updated as the shipment moves.
If the approximate delivery time has already passed, you should go to the post office at your place of residence with your passport and ask about your parcel. Very often a parcel may already be waiting for the recipient even before they receive an arrival notice in the mailbox.
Tracking usually becomes available within 1–3 days after the parcel is handed over to the carrier. If there are no statuses for longer, check the number in your account or write to support.
